Arrow Team almighty motor

I recently got a team almighty jimmy Madison edition 19t brushed motor which is in old condition (i take it is an old model too since its not on team Almighty's website) and I would have to work on it to make it usable.

is this motor good? (i bought it assuming it was by the product description it was given)
some people think the way to get speed is going lightning fast, at full acceleration, these are the people who do not succeed in rc driving..

team associated r the best!!!11!
