one thing I picked up on with my E10 rally, is that if you remove the front foam bumper and replace it with a skidplate (mine was made out of ABS that was screwed on and heated with a hair dryer until it became malleable enough to bend) you'll find making jumps is easier, as the foam catches as you hit the bottom of the jump and slows you down. An ABS or lexan skidplate will still protect the car in the event of a crash, as it's really springy.
