Default which is faster???

I have an electric losi xxx-t. i replaced crappy stock 19t motor with a fantom 15x2 (brushed)
my main question is what would be faster, my current brushed fantom motor -OR- a novak GTB ESP with SS4500 motor. I hear that this motor is equivelant to 19Turn motor. so which would be better/faster in my truck??
I can get this setup for $130 in great condition with ceramic bearing upgrade. is this a good move?

Thank you for taking time to answer!

theres no such thing as a ss4500, its an ss4300, and i will be running one in my xxx-t soon , but i never ran as low as a 15turn motor so i wont be able to compare

a new 15x2 would be faster. but this is with good brushes and a clean com.
The SS4300 would be only a little bit slower i have a friend that has one in a b4 is is just as fast if not faster as my T4 with a Sphere esc and an orion 10.5

once you get to this speed you will start being limited by your batteries of you have old nimh.
you will need newer nimh or lipos
the lipos you would want 3600mah 15C or better

roar actually says 19t motors equal a 13.5 motor. the 4300 motor will be faster.

You have to figure that the brushless motor will last longer too - with a modified you are going to have to really watch the heat and get the comm cut/change out the brushes fairly often (prob around 8 runs or so) to keep it at peak power. Brushless is set it and forget it.
