New guy with FT T4/ BL questions...
 

Hello all I am new to the forum and currently run a E-revo with a novak HVpro 5.5 setup in it. I just purchased a new factory team T4 with a mamba sidewinder 5700 bl system. This is my first 2wd anything and I am wondering what are some good pinion/spur options to run with this setup? I am running 2s 7.4v lipo in it as well. I don't race, mostly bash around on our little homeade track. Thanks in advance.

Any help? Anyone at least havo one of the charts for gearing?

Howdy! Check out Castle Creations website--they usually have some good suggestions where to start. I have the T4 with a MM 7700Kv. I am now running a 15T pinion on the stock spur for bashing. For a 5700Kv motor I would start at 17T and go from there--sorry I do not have a chart to share. Check out http://www.beatyourtruck.com!

Be sure to buy a temp gun and check often as you tune. I have ruined over $250 in LiPo's for what a $25 IR temp gun would have told me :cry:.
