associated B5

i heard rumors, is this true?

porkey 12-16-2008 04:57 PM

could be. It would be cool if we see one.

taztal3 12-16-2008 05:11 PM

maybe it is true but we have wait to see on those buggy out that all

AxiomJacob 12-16-2008 05:14 PM

B6, no b5

RCSteve93 12-16-2008 05:15 PM

All I could see them doing is balancing the car out for brushless motors.

jamminnay 12-16-2008 05:55 PM

i am sure that it will not be a redesign. probably just a little reorganizing for the lipo brushless setups

Jason Pelletier 12-16-2008 06:23 PM

a redesign would be dialed.

2wdMod 12-16-2008 06:30 PM

I could see them te-tooling the chassis molds to get a bigger battery box so you could fit lipos a little better, redesigned slipper/motor plate/rear motor guard for those 17.5 gear ratios, and viola!! B5.

people talked about this a year and so in the past. its still winning why make a new one? they are probably thinking about it due to the rb5's success and the hot bodies buggy coming out.

trdsupra88 12-16-2008 09:04 PM

Seems like they have been busy with eighth scale(RC8, big bores, e-conversion) I havent come across any problems with the b4, or even t4 for that matter. The stock body doesent seem to accomodate large ESCs but the proline vortex body clears the GTB well.

y2kgtp 12-16-2008 09:45 PM

I'm waiting for the DCLXVI-CR

Wild Cherry 12-16-2008 11:31 PM

First they will release a upgrade package that everyone will buy , then the B-5 comes, not before...;)

(My prediction)

aeRayls 12-16-2008 11:53 PM

Well the B4 is about to be around longer than the b3 and we all know it took forever to get rid of that. It is also an Ifmar worlds year. I say no on a complete kit. A lot of upgrades though.

dmatter 12-17-2008 06:42 AM

If it's winning why change it?
