Default E-MAXX question

This is my first off road track and have a question about the steering.

Is it supose to turn the wheels strongly while standing still or does it have to be moving? The reason I ask is the the steering seems to be sluggish and won't really turn the wheels while standing still...when in motion...it seems to do a little better.

Is there anyway to adjust the steering to be more responsive?

Thanks in forward....

Hello the stock servos are not the best for power. The 3905 I think has a bit better but they still where poor.I removed the 2 and added one good metal geared corless digital servo. No steering problems now. Also check your servo saver to see if it is not causing your issues.

Stock strg is something like 80inoz and will not turn wheels sitting still unless you pick it up off the ground. Tmaxx is same way (older ones at least). I replaced the strg serov on mine with a metal geared 175inoz servo and replace the saver with a kimbrough made for mg servos. It will steer like its a diff truck after that and will turn the wheels while sitting still.
