I run my xxxt on a carpet track during the winter and going from outdoor to indoor I make a few changes:
1.) pick up foam tires for the truck. I believe im running Jaco foams
2.) totally different suspension setup. front: orange springs, black pistons, 30 wt shock oil. Rear: yellow springs, red pistons, 20 wt shock oil. Tip: have a little bit of droop in the rear meaning have the dog bones a little bit below level.
3.) go down 1 or 2 teeth on the pinion
Start with this and tune to your likings from here. Tell me how it works

Suggest try moving the shocks all the way out. Need more roll stiffness on carpet.
