Default Open Audition for R/C TV show at OCRC!!

Hey everybody,

OCRC is proud to host an open casting call for a television show coming to the Cartoon Network. The will be called R/C WARS and will feature drivers piloting r/c cars on the small screen.

They will be screening potential show participants next Sunday December 14th at OCRC Raceway.

The production company is looking for drivers between 12 and 18 years of age. They need out-going personalities that will shine on tv, so keep the attitudes poppin. This could be your big chance to become a superstar, so if you (or a friend) fit the profile come on out to OCRC and get yourself noticed.

Producers will be at the track from 11:00am to 5:00pm, so be sure to get here early, sign up to race, and show your skills to the men behind the cameras.

Chris,
That is right up your alley! You're young, race RC cars, and still watch the Cartoon Network! Go for it!

Doubt I will be able to get down to OCRC. I live over 2 hours away.

So this looks like a 1 time event, right?

Chris- I believe the open casting call is a one time event, but I truly have no idea.

You forgot Family Guy.

But with those shows there are still alot of people who watch that stuff. Would be boring IMO for a 10 year old kid watching r/c cars go around a track.

Dont know , it may light a fire under the next generations tail end to get them out on the tracks.
Also didnt forget family guy, i just own all the seasons on DVD, and they are unrated , so I dont watch it on TV anymore except for the new episodes.

But as kids grow older they seem to generate more intrest. Like someone 15 would stick to the hobby more than someone 10 years old.

Generally. I started in the hobby when I was 7. You appreciate the hobby more when you put soo much work into building your kit and maintaining it.

But this is still positive for the hobby.
