Default Novak Havoc Systems...

Do we know an exact date for the release? Before Christmas atleast? I want to run one this season given my driving is up to par, but don't want to miss the first points race (January 3rd) by not having a motor/esc in time for it...

I know you guys said a couple weeks in my other thread, but I have seen companies pull out of that timeline as well. Is novak reliable when it comes to keeping their word?

I would contact Novak directly. Charlie occasionally posts on the forums here, but you'll get the fastest response by giving them a call.

I would ask your hobby shop to order you one, as I have already sold two at my hobbyshop, since the 8.5 systems are already avaliable.

Call your LHS first, but yes the 8.5's are supposed to be out on the streets already.

I have one preordered from Novak. I called them directly and they couldn't tell.

All I get is December.

EPA and gearing are your friends in slick conditions.

You good at driving ? If you can wheel you shouldn't have a issue.

never raced honestly. i'm buying what i want from the get go. from there...i learn. i pick up on things fairly quickly and have an understanding of suspension dynamics. i just dont want to show up with crappy equipment unable to even come close to competing. I may not race the point season, but i may...really depends on how i can get around the track with the car. the guys are willing to help with setups and all, so its not some unknown secret to me how to set up the car tire/spring/shock wise.

all a matter of getting used to driving, and getting to know my car.

edit: nevermind....it is the SS. but is the ESC the GTB as well, since the higher turn ones are?
