I HAVE JUST BOUGHT THE TURBO ADAPTER HUB WILL ANY BRAND SPUR GEAR FIT IT?

idk where you got the hub from but you can order the spurs from speedtechrc.com

Any onroad style (with holes in it) should work. Kimbrough, Xenon, AE etc.
