That's putting a lot of faith that it won't tip over or get stuck to run it that far away in all that snow ... that would be one miserable walk to go get it

the blizzards are way older than 5 years. they used to make a nitro blizzard as well. about 5 years or so ago they re-released them with a new style body if i remember correctly. i owned one and living in tahoe, i can tell you they are a blast and track through almost anything.

I bought my Blizzard more than 5 years ago. Fun little thing, except for the crappy drive sprockets. They are made out of plastic and they don't ride on bearings or bushings. Just plastic on a metal shaft. I snap the key on the back of the drive sprockets just about everytime I drive the thing. It would be a lot better if this blizzard was like the one from the 80's. It had two motors and didn't use brakes to make it turn.

I think the original blizzard came out in 83 or 84 and it hasn't changed much. I'll have to look back at some of my old Tower catalogs.

Ha, that's awesome, I have one as well, only I have a Rooster with a 19T installed. Goes pretty good, but not that fast. Love it for the winter, actually never use it in the summer.
