Default good track in houston area?

hey i live in the houston area(sugarland/richmond) and recently got into rc. just wondering if there was a good track nearby that i could run my rc10t4. i went to the m&m track and they dont keep it too nice and it waaay over price in my opinion. anyways, let me know!

My wife's rents are snowbirds. We went down there in March. I think there was a place called Mike's that had onroad and offroad...I found it in the phone book under hobby stores.
