Default Is something wrong with my Lipo pack?

I was racing my 1/8 brushless Kyosho 777 conversion with Neu motor, Castle maba Max, Mamba BEC and my Neu 4s 5000mah pack was acting funny. After a fresh balance charge, I plugged in the pack and my front wheels started "chattering" and moving slightly very fast. I plugged in another fresh charges Neu pack and had no problems. It is just this one pack that is "glitching". Any ideas on what is wrong?

**Edit: Forgot to add that I always balance charge on my Hyperion charger and never over discharge the pack**

Usually steering wobble is related to radio glitches or a servo with sloppy gears struggling to center itself. I'd be surprised if the pack is the problem

put the "good pack in and hold the front wheels steady, see if it still does it

Like I said it is only the one pack. Both of my "good" packs do not make the servo chatter/glitch. The buggy sits there and does nothing until an input is made by me.

Could I have loose wire in the pack from all the tumbles?
