Default Timetable for Losi\AE vehicles?

Getting back into the racing game, but it seems that the 'current' vehicles for Truck & buggy for both manufacturers have been out for several years.

B4\T4....came out in 04?

XXX CR vehicles maybe in 06?

Are we at a point that 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it' for development of new vehicles?

The XXX platform has been out since like 99 actually. Its gone through some changes, but its eventually back to how it used to look when it first came out. Its kind of odd.

99? That old? I remember the last buggy I had was a XX, went to the track a few times, and that was about it. The main reason for my interest again is LiPo & Brushless.....no more SCR 1700's that dump in 3.99 minutes.....

Yeah, been looking at that Kyosho as well....but my local track is mostly stadium truck, likely due to the indoor 1/8th scale buggies ripping up the track on other race days.....

Ah, I ran an MF-2, then a T4. The T4 is a really nice truck, as is the new CR-T that came out. Its a tossup between those two, just purchase based on parts availability.

Where can they go from here? The b4/t4, xxxcr/xxxt, rb5, are very modern and from what I can tell there arent many changes they can make...losi is busy with the EL8 and Associated is busy with there hidden 8th scale project...I would love to have a FTB5 though
