Since I am nit-picking....

Traxxas plugs only? What about the bullet connectors on the stock motor (spec)? What about moving the electronics (moving the speedo closer to the motor to eliminate the need for the bullet connectors)?

I have read to adjust the rear campber links to the upper hole, that the rear shock tower needs to be ground down a bit, is this considered a modification?

I dont want this to sound negative, just trying to make sure "we" dont show up to race a class and be moved up or not allowed to run because of small changes done to the truck for conveinence.

Thanks!

Cool

Rules say nothing about the connectors. It does say no shock tower modifications though?

This race sounds great but many of us will actually have to buy more stuff just to run this race. IE Factory assemled NmH battery. So if Keith build your pack does that count as Factory assembl
ed?

Yes unfortunately it seems like that is the case. We are still two weeks out and we can still modify the rules. Tom is in Vegas right now and I will get with him later this week on some of these questions. No reason not to allow lipos and I am not sure who made that decision. It is the Spec class and you have the option of moving to the open class that allows both Lipo and Nmh.

James, last rule to clarify (I did speak with Andy, and he DID confirm)...Spec class says "factory assembled" 6C packs. This means stick packs? Or do pre-assembled matched packs qualify?

James and Andy stated Lipo is legal in the expert and open class only.
