If you are doing 1/10th scale tires on a truck or buggy, look at the RPM pro-bond tire fixture, this thing will help out alot with pulling back the beads and letting you get the tire set up properly for mounting and it will save time also. Like others have said use a longer setting glue and that will help out alot.
