Looks like it's going to be pretty chilly around here this week. 14 Thursday and 13 Friday.

Will the heating in this building be central heating or is it with the afterburner rocket kerosene heaters?

Chris, I am pretty sure the building is heated. The kerosene heaters are a no-no this year, something about the fire marshal not liking them. I think.

That sounds good- I know those kerosene heaters can really dry a track out, and I'm sitting here so anxious for this race that I am running scenarios in my head

Should be a good one. Hope you guys from the north don't have trouble getting through the snow.

Forecast for my town (20 miles north of Milwaukee) on Wednesday looks tricky... http://www.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/...st?query=53037

The (expected) 8 hour drive might turn into 10+ hours.

There are parking passes you buy as you pull into the fairgrounds area. I think you can get a full weekend pass for cheaper but I really dont remember details. It's been a few years since I have been up there.

Default parking

I think I read somewhere that parking is 5.00/day or 20.00 for the week?
