Default T4 dirt oval conversion

I have a rc10T4 I would like to make a dirt oval truck out of it. Does anyone know of a conversion kit and body i could get? Or any modifactions I could make to make it an oval truck? I used to see the old rc10 gold pan buggy's turnd into sprint cars and dirt ovals, kinda thought it would make a good project. I made a 88'x36' oval in my backyard allready, it has 9' wide lanes.

mduncan31- Go to DirtOval.com. The BEST RC Dirt Oval site! Awesome people that are willing to help out the new guys that are getting into the sport.

My advice is it depends on the type of track your running on. If its a "loose" track, thus you are using rubber tires. I would stay with the long shocks. If your are able to run Foam tires (Hard Packed Tracked), i would go with TC shocks with short shock towers.

Take a look at this: http://www.speedysracingparts.com/. They have Conversion kits and other cool parts for Dirt Oval.

Also: http://www.ultralinehobbies.com/. Awesome Dirt Oval bodys and products. Dan is a standup guy! Delt with him on multiple occasions.

Hope this helps!

Here is a pic of my T4 turned sprinter. To convert it I used a wheel set from the Jconcepts J82 conversion, a Mcallister roll cage sprint body, and a mcallister 7" sprint wing. The cool thing is I can turn it back into a truck in under 5 minutes simply by changing the wheels and body, and boting the front body mounts back on.Running a 5.5 this set-up holds the lap record @ stateline r/c at 33 laps in 4.07.

I am going to get the Speedys conversion for an old B3 that I just have sitting around and turn it in to an EDM. I think I am going to get a 10" wide LM body for my B4 and make my own body mounts. Thanks for the Ultraline Hobbies link BTW.

On my B3 I could just run front shocks on the rear correct?
Will this body fit OK on the B4? http://www.ultralinehobbies.com/inde...=264&parent=58

And this on the B3? http://www.ultralinehobbies.com/inde...=271&parent=58
