I think it was 2001 or 2002 where I was still completely drunk during the first two rounds of qualifying. I learned a valuable lesson that year.

The Car is 3.25 lbs. Truck is 3.5 lbs I believe. Not sure on 4wheel. Can anyone else verify these are correct? I don't worry about it, because my stuff is heavy. Ten Days and counting.

We're close because the new GV2 is being built and Project GV2 rear end on the SBV2 has begun with the assistance of Team dremel.

I doubt I will make it to this race, but some of the locals were talking about making the trip... The discussion involved some discussion of ROAR rules, etc. for this "regional" -- then I noticed Dawn's post... She pretty clearly says this is NOT a sactioned event -- I checked the ROAR website, and it is NOT listed as a sanctioned event...

So -- Is it a "ROAR Regional" or just a big race with ROAR rules...?

Either way, I'm bummed about missing it, but wanted to get some info for the lucky ones who want to go...

It is a ROAR race, according to the track, and ROAR membership is required.

But ROAR is so mickey-mouse..... they don't even have it listed on their site, and the prez obviously had no idea either.

I don't know why this race still has a ROAR tag on it...........................

I wouldn't care if it was sanctioned by Satan himself. I'm going to race with all my buddies I haven't seen for 6 months. Yeah ROAR, GlassDoctor, you suck! LOL!
