The reason people started to light their tires on fire was to burn the mold release off of them so that the tire would be the very best for the first run. You see us mortals can't tell the difference of a new tire that has mold release on it and a 1 run tire with no mold release on it, but pros can. Burning older tires re-vulcanizes the rubber making it soft and sticky again. New tires that have been burned get softer too. For the best 1 run tires clean new tires with a tire cleaning bucket with simple green and water, then burn the tires using buggy grip instead of motor spray. They will be really sticky.

Ive been in rc for a while and i just started racing i have a B44 but what i was wondering, and i may be stupid for asking but i need to know, on the diffs you can tighten inside the cvds with an allen. How tight do you want to tighten them? as tight as possible? tight but to where you can turn the cvds easy with your fingers? or what?
Thank you, Curtis

2wdMod i did what you said and now when i turn my right rear wheel my left rear wheel spins the same way instead of the opposite way... same for the front. is this right? and could it just be because i am running brushless and there is less resistance?
