4WD kickup angle?
Why do 4WD cars such as the B44 have less front kickup than top 2WD cars?
Would increasing the kickup on a B44 help? What would it hurt? |
The kick-up is high on rwd cars to help the front end get over/absorb bumps. With a 4wd car and power to the front wheels excessive kickup will result in the front end "standing up" on acceleration. Just like anti-squat prevents the rear and from squatting when on power, you could think of it in the same manner.

At the track, I saw Dynamite Dan from Losi use a higher kick up in the front for his XXX4, is this kick up more then the other 4wd? I think it would benefit the 4wd on the jumps with a higher kickup...
