HELP!!!!!!!

hi, i was wondering if anyone could help me gear a novak velocity 7.5 brushless motor. if it helps i am running it with the gtb esc and team orion 3400 lipo packs. also what is the correct temp. that these brushless motors should be running at. thank you!

The motor shouldn't get over 170 or 180 and the gearing I would start off with is 87/21.

Yeah just make sure your motor doesn't get over 180.
