Default XXX-CE Battery Fit

Posted this on the XXX-CE thread, but didn't get a response...

I have some GP 3300 packs that I built with Dean's bars. These bars stand off the pack further than typical. If I remember correctly, the fit for these would have been very tight in the original XXX. Is the XXX-CE battery slot wider than older versions of the XXX?? I'm seriously thinking about getting back into off road racing and am wondering if I'll need to rebuild my packs.

People are probably trying to figure out what a CE is? I think you're talking about the new CR? And I'm pretty sure the battery slots are the same width, I have a graphite chassis so I'm not positive. There are numerous people who can answer this question in the XXX-CR thread though.

Doh! You're right. No idea why I typed CE.
