Which do you think is the best of 4wd, truck, and buggy. Why and what is your opinion?

Thats because they have all the best drivers. Ryan Cavalari and Jared Tebo. The best driver for Losi is Adam Drake, but he isn't doing too well and I dont even think he races any of those classes.

Kyosho America's racing development is lead by Mr. Losi now http://www.neobuggy.net/modules/news...p?storyid=2370 . Associated's lead engineers and designers are the famous Cliff Lett and Curtis Hustings. So for me, it was a choice between Kyosho and Associated...but since Cliff and Curtis are just a couple blocks from my work, I chose Associated.

I agree with you 100%...but at the same time if we only talked about NEW subjects, there would be very few posts.

For example, what NEW things can you contribute that are not already in the forums?

With this sort of thing (company vs company) doesnt stand for long as they are ever developing, so it changes all most weekly

a b4 can use losi rear wheels and vice versa. thats all i cared about back last year when i moved out from the horror that was the CR to a b4. i will say associated only makes a new buggy when their present 1 starts gettin beat @ the highest level, unlike rehashing old (but good tech) to sell a few kits.

Ok I'll pick my favorites:
It's tied with my favorite 4wds because I run a 501x WCE, and B44
I like both cars and it's always nice to have 2 4wds anyhow.

My favorite Truck: E-firestorm 10T
My favorite 2wd buggy is the Academy GV2 pro

I really just bash and dont get to race alot but my experiences are really only based on the 5 cars that I have had experience with. Ive had 3 Associated cars an RC10GT nitro off road truck.....NTC3 on road....and I now have RC18mt. Now I have a MF2 offroad electric with Mamba Max setup, and I once had XXXS onroad electric.
Experience with my associated stuff has been less than pleasant at times.....seems like ever 5-6 times Id run them I was REPLACING SOMETHING! now not that I dont like the associated but the losi seems to take abuse a little better......
Just my experience.......My MF2 takes a licking and keeps on ticking.....associated Im try avoid any abuse whatsoever.......
again this is just my experiences

4wd - Tamiya 501x hands down winner - Toughest 4wd out there and just as fast and as good of handling as anything else. It just doesn't break.

Truck - MF2 / T4 virtually no difference. I'll take the Losi though, NICER truck in my opinion. Easy to work on, GREAT shocks, solid drivetrain that needs zero maintenance.

Buggy - B4 The things are just hooked up, but 2wd buggys are boring in my opinion.

No they arn't. Just because the FT drives with with it, means nothing about how good or bad the car is as they can win with just about any car you give them to drive.

The best car is the one that feels right to you on the track, and I know there is a lot of people who buy the wrong car for their style of driving.
