Slash Painting

Has anyone tried to paint over the factory Slash body on the outside?I was thinking of scotch-brite skuffing mine and paniting it.Hard to know whos who with several on the track.

Just strip the paint from the inside. I've like to use Brake fluid... Let it sit in it for about 4 hours and pill the paint.
