Modern race cars are SOOO adjustable that they can be adjusted or modified to be nearly identical in terms of suspension geometry, moment of inertia, center of gravity etc...

So that being said, this can steer you in the right direction:
1. the car that the most guys use that win at your track. (For setup advice.)
2. best local hobby shop parts support. (For parts.)

I'm sure you guys can think of other criteria for choosing the right car too.

I personally run a B4 and love the car. My first car was a gold pan RC10. (go with what ya know i guess )

At any rate, if you can drive the cars, pick the one that feels best to you. Then, go with what has the most parts available. In central Florida, most everything is either AE or Losi. I've raced many a Losi, and have won against them and have lost against them. Its all up to the driver and which is best suited to their style.

I personally like the B4 myself. Easy to drive, but it does take a bit to drive it fast as it can get a little squirrely if you aren't careful.

Lightbulb It's the driver!

Well.. all three are at the top level... I'm glad that Kyosho finally decided to step it up and make race cars! The RB-5 and ZX-5 seem to be pretty good out of the box!

It comes down to the driver... and a little bit of set up! lol

Also.. just because a new car is out or a new version of an existing car is out.. doesn't make it better... just newer..

Personally I still run Losi cars..

Have fun!
