Looks like there are a few trophy races coming up in Ohio in the next few weeks. Hopefully I'll see you at some of them!
Hey Chris, haven't had a chance to race with you this summer. I'm thinking about RAC but it's also the same day as the OSU-USC game so I'm not sure yet. As for trophy races, I'm not to sure of any in Northeast Ohio trophy races other than Hobbytown's, which is the same day as Oak Hill's (pa), and is also the same day as Glenwoods (NY)!! I'm pretty sure Hobbytown's turnout will be pretty weak so I'll probably head to Oak Hill since it's half the drive of Glenwood.

I was working on my 2wd and putting my 4wd back together on Friday night and hadn't realized my esc was dead until it was 2am. I was leaving at 7:30 for the race and didn't want to run just one class. I emailed Fred at 2:30am and the next morning Brenda showed up at the track with a couple speed controllers and even some motors. Thanks guys!

You, too, are very welcome. I was glad you were able to run both classes. It’s not everyday that most of the top drivers from NE Ohio and Western PA show up at the same track for a regular Saturday race.
Hey I have been looking at these Diff rings and balls. I have also heard some good and bad things about these? How long does a set of these last on a normal basis? Me and boys boys try to race once a week and run on a big out door 8th/10th scale track. I just hate rebuilding diffs all the time on 5 cars! So Im tryen to find something that will last awhile.
Thanks
dg - the only thing I can think of that is bad is the longer break in times. I practically never rebuild my diffs anymore, probably last 5 times or so longer than normal diff parts. You know when your diff halves get worn out and you replace them for new ones? That is pretty much the only time I open my diff anymore!
Fred and I would like to welcome Bob Higgins to Team B-FAST. You can find him battling it out at Falcon Raceway in Washington, PA. His other sponsors include Kyosho America, Team Orion, AKA, Tekin, Vinyl Graphics Unlimited and Falcon Raceway. If you see Bob in the pits, ask if you can . . . Feel The Diff!
Hi guys,
Well I did my first meeting in about 3 months on Saturday night. I was
a bit worried that I would be a bit slow. It was also the first time I
was entering 10.5 for touring cars so I was also a bit worried about
that.
But I shouldn't have worried. I had three races and won them all by
over a lap with times that would have also won me modified so I was
very pleased.
The diffs were as good as ever. It's so good I don't ever have to even
think about them anymore.
Cheers guys and thanks for all the help
