anyone have a link online or a brief rundown of how to run trakpowers vbalancer and if it also works with the orion 4800 packs?

that is the correct link, it will work with the orion battery if it has the same balance tap which i think it does.

This pics from the link above are inacurate.
You need to plug the charge leads from the VBalancer into the charge leads of the balancing harness.
The 2mm balancing port is on the bottom of the Orion/Peak 4800's.
After you plug in the wires, hold the gold button until Link Mode Indicator(2 arrowheads on the upper right hand side of the VBalancer) glows steady.
Begin charging on your charger.

You're right...I didn't pay attention enough to notice that Flightpower screwed up their own manual.

sneaky you are right about the picture they show, you must plug in the charge leads. i have had several people ask me a question about this because of the depiction in the directions. i will be receiving some of the 3200 saddle packs this week and the 4800's are in stock.
