i would like to know the max dimensions of a battery that can be fitted in the tray.

Very curious what ROAR would say not about softcase lipos that are in this casing as the reason I think the receiver lipos are allowed not to be in a hardcase is because they are already in a sealed tray.

Yes! Finally! I will be getting one for sure. The design is really quite innovative, which is something we have come to expect from Traxxas lately.

Just got back from rcx and asked the rep. Can fit a 2s 8000mah lip or a 3s 5000mah lipo. As for batteries I am sure it fits a 7 cell without a problem.

I think a LOT of thought went into this vehicle. It's a little longer and looks to have very good balance. The Gorillamax G2r/G3r may still be a better race platform, but like this new E-Revo design, the Gorillamax chassis is made to be electric. I think Traxxas just bummed out a lot of guys that converted nitros. This design will be superior to the nitro conversion.
