Default off road tuning guide

I had one at one time that I got from the net. I lost it, and I've looked for it again. Mine had the breakdowns in boxes,"ie,,you move the ball stud in the car does this" and so on. Please does anyone know of a web based one that I can print off? Or can you think of the best ones out there?
Thanks

I just started re-reading this the other day. What a great read, very exstensive, but great examples for the beginner like me.

For a quick read you can download the manual for the XB8 on the Xray site, it has a pretty thorough tuning guide, but its not heavy on text. Definately read the elvo guide though, it is the best!

Good, except for falling off a roof and spraining my ancle. There is a electric track here that is ok, I'm looking forward to racing nitro here though. How is it back there?

Another option for a tuning guide is the Team Associated version. It does a very good job at explaining what various changes to the car will translate to on the track.
