What are you charging that you need >10A for? I'm guessing you've either got a 10,000mAh pack or larger or are planning to charge at higher than 1C?

I would rebuild the packs, I doubt that each cell is a 12kmah cell. You should be able to break the pack up into two 6kmah packs. Then you can charge the pack as a 4s6kmah pack, there are tons of 4s 6amp chargers out there & you won't have to spend a forture for some sort of crazy charger that can charge at 12 amps. When you run the pack you can wire it up in parallel so you get that 12kmah pack.

party wagon has a pretty good idea IMO. I've been shopping for new chargers myself. There are tons of relatively inexpensive balance chargers that go way up in cells, 5 to 6 are quite common. But high amperage is not common, at least not without significant cost. It's far easier to develop high voltage than high current. Well, what we consider high voltage is pretty low really. Remember that as cell counts go up, balancing becomes more important, simply more chances for things to get out of match.

May I assume we are talking a brushless 1/8th scale? Those are incredible.

GFX does 12A but only up to 3s

One option is to have a split pack (each 6000mah) and charge separately on ICE chargers. Or just be happy with @8 amps and charge as it is.

The ThunderPower charger does 10 amps I think... it's $200

Or go with a very expensive charger... Orbit, Schulze etc... that do higher current and high voltage.
