Naw I'm not complaining, if it's 13.5 it's 13.5 - I was just saying that all the guys that run J82's there right now are running with 17.5 motors, so it's a switch...and I've never run anything BUT stock motors, so that will take some getting used to. Or maybe I'll do like Joe and just run my 17.5 like normal and see what happens.
Still planning on going, though! It'll be a lot of fun to have a race with all J82's instead of running with the trucks like we usually do
I would think the Original RB5 rears ith the new 54mm shaft in the back and the new shorter rear body with the original rear shaft should be pretty close. I have everything, i am just to lazy to try it!

If you want a "longer" look, the inline axles (whose primary purpose is to bring back the steering response) gives the chassis a more buggy-like wheelbase/width aspect ratio.
I have a feeling that the longer SC10 chassis will BF the handling.

I have been away from RC for a very long time (18yrs) and now getting back into it.
I picked up a Slash at the recomendation of a friend and it is great but want a more worthy track car. The local track is geared toward 1/8 scale I am not going nitro, I think a J82 might meet the need.
