Can Pro-line wheels fit this buggy or just Kyosho?

Thanks

Just Kyosho out of the box. You can upgrade the rear to CVD's and get a proline conversion but you are stuck with running Kyosho wheels at the front. I have not heard of a mod for that yet, anyway. Maybe someone else can correct me.

hot bodies fit straight on on the front, to fit them on the back you have to trim the reinforcing fins on the inside

Default zx5

I just bought one of these buggies RTR. I ordered a ton of alloy hop ups (shock towers, hubs, knuckle, steering, etc) from rcminix on ebay. Looking forward to running this along with my newly along waited erevo due out in 2 weeks. What fun to come for spring this year.............I am getting a DX3 radio since the stock one seems pretty cheap in quality.

i've used 4000 mah 15c lipo's with mine with stock electronics in it, no problem.
i was running it 6 minutes at the time though, so i wasn't worried about draining it below safe level(that's how long our race heats are)
hope it helps

thanks I have 20c lipo's dont know how much diff that will make. with a 4000 I would think you could run much longer than 6 min .

for sure i could
you may want to invest in lipo cut-off or at least a monitor so you don't destroy the lipo

I run my ZX-5 RTR with a SMC 5200 40C with no problems. I only run about 15-20 minutes to be safe though, using the timer on my transmitter.

So does the rtr lazer have the same chassis and parts as the kit? Just with electronics, tires, etc.
