sirio engine for XXXNT adam

hi...
I am getting an engine for my new xxxnt adam drake. I was looking into mt12, ostr12, or sirio .12 standard reacing engine.
I think I will get Trinity Sirio .12 Standard Racing Engine. does this engine will fit into xxxnt? thanks

Im pretty sure the nt uses a treaded crank, I think the sirios only come in sg shafts

the mt12 and the siro have crappy front bearings. go with the ostr or just get a new rubber sealed bearing for the mt or siro

I run the Siro .15 in my xxxnt, and it will run power wheelies all the way down the back straight. It takes awhile for the motor to fully break in but when it is on the motor is hard to beat. Just my 2 cents

I ran that exact sirio engine in the pic in my XXXNT, fits perfectly, and hauls ass. Sirio makes awesome engines, and they dont cost a lot.

He's talking .12 not .15 but yes the siro's are good but for some reason the front bearing from the factory kinda suck. I just spend an extra $10 and get a boca bearing and call it a day then I have the best of everything:cool:

I've never had problems with the bearing leaking or anything like that, but maybe I've just gotten lucky...

I have a xxx-nt w/ a MT 12 and it is awesome and has crazy power. It will do wheelies. Never had a problem with the bearings. Also I'm trying to sell if you know anyone interested.

Most of the ones I have had problems with had a gallon or 2 on them. They just seem to start leaking and once that happens you have a problem. I have found that the boca bearings will go 7-8 gallons before a problem and like I said they are cheap so I just do it right away. The way I figure it is once it leaks out then air can get sucked in and then the needles become much more touchy and damage can occur.

Changing the bearings is just such a pain in the ass, I left the stock Sirio ones on, although I am sure the Boca bearings are nicer.
