Default quick question about b4 chassis..

Bought a ft b4 kit last week, was instructed to buy the plastic chassis for the car. Bought the chassis, opened the box and the included chassis looks identical to the plastic chassis i bought...part number on the purchased chassis is 9560, is this the plastic one? Or are associated shipping the factory team kits with the plastic now? The picture of the car on the box is a red and white painted b4...and the description of the chassis on the side of the box says "molded composited low-CG chassis"... so do i have two plastic chassis now? lol, any info on this would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

Mike

Yes the 9560 is the composite and the 9561 is the Carbon.

Are you sure they look identical?, The graphite chassis should look a bit dull, almost grayish.

The plastic parts will have a darker black look to them opposed to the lighter graphite parts.

the carbon chassis is grey color. The plastic chassis is black. A plastic has more flex and is easier to drive and will work better on a rough track. The carbon chassis will work better on a high bite track.
