Default Any dual charger's out there?

Have an older dual charger think one of the slots crapped out, was wondering if there are any other dual chargers out there?

Buy the Duratrax ice charger and use your old charger and ice till the old one craps out totally, then pick up another ice. I use 2 ice chargers for all my NiMh and lipo batts. Believe it or not I have 20 profiles (10 per ice) between the 2 chargers and still dont have enough with all the different packs I use. Best of all they only run about $120 and will charge almost every batt type out there.

Thanks for the info Hobbi-Pro I am considering the Ice atm I like the fact that it has a temp sensor as well. They can be picked up used pretty cheap as well. There has got to be a dual charger out there somewhere though anyone?

Default charger

I just bought a Electrifly Poly Charge 4. iwill charge 4 lipo's at one time. I has a max charge rate of 3 AMPS, great for the orion 3200's. I paid under $100 for it.

But it does lipo's only.

The MRC 977 will charge 2 NIMH or LIPO's at the same time, and comes with a power supply all for like $140

The MRC Super Brain 977 Twin charger does charge 2 of the same or different types of batteries simultaneously. Both the charging unit and the 10 amp power supply are fan cooled. About $96 + shipping at Tower Hobbies.

For Lipos I prefer to use an Imax B5 Li-ion/Li-polymer DC Balance Charger(also does NiCd/NiMh) that I sourced from E-Bay for about $75 shipped. You can use the power supply unit of the 977 for this.

All you need to best charge almost all batteries simultaneously for about $180.

Thanks All for the responses! Don't plan on going Lipo anytime soon, looking at the MRC 977 but will probably just go with a pair of ices, after my current charger completely craps out. Got a good deal on 1 ice so it is incoming. Appreciate the Info
