The funny part though is that w/ todays high output motors and huge battery capacity you could actually deliver it enough power to really move. Not to mention the front end of the car would be driven downward while the fan is in motion and if you angle the fan a little the same would be true for the rear end. Too bad you have to run a wheel driven vehicle.

drove one of these long time ago but it had a .46 fx nitro plane motor scary fast and brakes were not an option, but it was fun till we crashed hehe.

I made my old Delta Villian an air powered car once just like that. I still have the motor mount for it. I also made a small electric swamp boat too. Those are fun on ice and snow, but pretty slow on the water.

Powerful swamp boats (like the .46 nitro) are fast though even on water

I might have to get mine running again this winter... but if I do the car again it's going to be a turbine so I don't have kids running around missing a finger or two. I have a scar from an airplane prop.
