Default Tires

i was curious to see how the losi x-2000 or x-3000 tread pattern compared with something like taper pins, or bk-bars on a dry groove track. are the tires more aggressive than the tapers?

Yes they are more aggressive than tapers....Normally I start with tapers when the track is a little wet or dusty then move to tapers when the track groves back up. I also like X's when the track is new (just built)

Bk Bars and taper are better suited for a high traction dry track. X's will work better if it is a little looser and dry. Although Pink X's will work good for dry track as well. If it is a high bite dry track Bks and Tapers will wear quickly.
