You'd probably be better off asking what you don't need to convert a B4 to a T4. It'd be a shorter list. In all seriousness though, it's possible but there's a a lot of pieces you'd need to purchase such as:

Front and rear shocks
Chassis
Battery Brace
CVDs
Front axles
Turnbuckles
Front and rear arms
Front and rear shock towers
Chassis
Front body mount

And I'm sure I'm missing a piece or two.

Its just not economically feesable to do that, just go buy a T4, it'll cost less

the question is why? it would be much smarter to purchase a used T4 off of here for around $150, and if you don't want to race your buggy anymore, just put the electronics into the T4, or race two classes and get them both RTR.

Arms, chassis and shock tower should be a conversion. Then you will need to get longer tie rods etc.

exactly it is alot cheaper to by a t4. also you need wheels tires, spur gear, but the rear shocks of the buggy are the fronts on a truck. but buying two complete shocks alone is almost 80 bucks for the team kit ones.
chassis 30 bucks or so
reaer arms 11.00
fronts 9.00
shock tower rear 14.00
front tower
12.00
wheels 18.00
tires 40.00
spur gear 5.00
tunrbuckle set 35.00
front axles 9.00
steering knuckles 6.00
bearings 12.00 for front
cvds 35.00
front body mounts 4.00
battery brace 8.00
body 25.00

these are prices for factory team or lunsford products and may be two bucks one way or the other of actual price.
