THESE 12TH SCALE TRUGGIES LOOK COOL AND HANDLE THE NITRO TRACKS BETTER THAN 2WD OR 4WD ELECTRICS.

PLUS THEY ARE SUPER EASY TO CONVERT TO BRUSHLESS.....

i would love to see it grow. reason is smaller means faster with less power (usually) and HOPEFULLY it keeps the costs down as far as parts and engines. i would do it over truggy just for the simple reason you can get one with a good engine for less than the cost of a major racing truggy kit without an engine. tires would cost less too (probably wear faster though). i thought about it just watching one run around a dirt oval against bigger 1/8th scale buggies and as long as it stayed on the track it was faster lol. drive shafts and gears arent 40+ bucks in fact on most parts it looks to cost less than have as much to replace. Only Question for me is how durable they would be compared to 1/8 and 1/10 gas truck...

The tires might not wear fast due to how light the truggy weighs.......:tire:


Also the review on RC Xtreme says it's built like a tank.

I'm very interested on the future of this mighty little truggy.

I dig it, its a neat little .5 car. How is the gas mileage on these beasts? Wonder if other companies will catch on?

They'll be as popular as miniT's / RC18T's in 6 months.....Or, pick any other 1/12 -1/14 - 1/16 scale nitro off roader.....Just wait and see.... :rolleyes::sneaky::lol:

I am reading about more and more tracks that are running these as a class. I agree they will become as popular as the mini's especially when the hop up market really gets going. I think people just really like the idea that they took all the durability of the big 1/8 buggies and truggies, including the all steel drivetrain and scaled it down to fit this truggy. Every other 1/10 truggy I have used breaks like crazy if you go nuts on the motor or engine.

My buddy runs his flight power 3s 5k pack, there 25C so they hold there voltage REAL well, thats ends up in nice long run time!

well over a hour WOT, we get bored after a hour us driving it lol

a feiago 10L geared 20/46 on the 3s

with a NEU 1509 (what im going to run in mine) longer because the motor is more efficient (thats why its $200)

and a guy named BP-Revo at www.rc-monster.com and rc monster mike are coming out with a EXT chassis (i THINK) its 42mm longer, and all inbetween the front diff and center diff, so in the servo area, so you can use any servo, center diff is moved over 2mm for more battery room

In my opinion the truck is too small... Jammin should have made this 1/10 scale so it could use the same tires as the 1/10 stadium trucks
The 1/12 has lower ground clearance so it does not handle the rough tracks as easily. It also limits tire choices since it has to use the rear 1/10 buggy tires that have less surface (less grip) than the 1/10 truck tires.

Also, there's lots of 2wd 1/10 trucks out there, and a few 1/10 4wd's so you can't really speak about a 1/12 class taking off... 1/10 is where the potential is.. we just need more 4wd truck choices including a 4wd 1/10 electric truck!

If you want to compare just take a look at the hotbodies lightning stadium 10, really nice 1/10 scale version of the 1/8 truggy... with a .18 the power to weight ratio is amazing and handles superb... can even toy with the 1/8 scale truggies... try doing that with the crt hehe, no can do, its just too small and will not handle equally well. (I've seen it in action)
