LRP sphere problem
 

Im new to this forum and have a question. i just purchased a sphere tc and put it in my t4. everythings hooked up right but after a minute or two with the switch off the capacitor blew up like a balloon and started to leak. no burnt electronics or smell .the fan still works but you can here it start to voltage spike when you touch the wire back to the battery. can i remove the capacitor or just simply send it back . thank you
