Default Venom Fireball Modified 21D Motor

I put a Venom Fireball Modified 21D Motor in my car and it looks like it has an adjustment on it. It looks like you could turn the housing and line up some markings on the end. Does anyone know about this and/or how to adjust it?

Thanks in advance.

The motors come with a little sheet of paper that explains this. It is the timing of the motor. I wouldn't recommend changing the timing unless you are serious with racing
