hey i guys i juss pick this bad boy up. Im looking for some more power/speed...i already run 7 cell packs and don't want to get into bushless juss yet. The ESC says it can handle 8cells 9.6volt, does this mean the motor can too? You guys think it will be ok?

The motor can handle it until it blows up Im sure. The problem is youre gonna be pushing hte motor a lot more which means more heat, which means poof if run for too long.

ok well i might try it will a low mah pack and just keep checking the heat...like i mean it is a 550 size motor usually they can handle more volts. I guess we'll find out lol.
