not really familiar with this game, looks like great fun. does it give you the opportunity to tune the car, and are you actually racing like a specific brand name car, or just "1/8th buggy". do you get a controller for the 100 bucks?

I've got the nitro onroad demo on my laptop, and if the offroad version's going to be anything like this is I guarantee you won't be let down. Pretty much everything you can adjust in real life you can adjust on the cars. There are brand name cars and running gear used in the game, but I know the running gear is just-for-fun showing off in online racing, not sure if chassis makes a difference.

I think for the $100 you get a USB controller shaped like an Airtronics Blazer, or there's something you can buy that plugs into a regular receiver so you can use your actual radio ingame.
