Default Novak GTB and LiPo = chatter, but how? Help

OK quickly i willt ry to sum up my symptoms for your kind diagnosis.

I have a T4 with 6.5 Velocity and GTB and Orion Plat LiPo. last night, about mid run, i started to get come chatter. not radio chatter ( im on spektrum) BUT LIKE RADIO CHATTER only on the motor, not steering. and only under full throttle a fast clicking sound.. not mechanical clicking, but the motorr turning on and off real fast.
If allow the motor to spool up gradually it would not happen. only when I pin it did this happen.
NOW GET THIS:
I take the truck to the bench and took out the battery. I let it cool, did my best motor clean ever in the history of motor-cleans rebuilt everything etc. and put a fresh lipo in it. SAME (*#*&@# THING.
BUT THEN CHECK THIS OUT:

I put in a 3300 NiMH pack, and the problem vanished/..
what are your guys thoughts on this? Do i have a failing/degradation in the big capacitor? My brushless is in good order. the trx batteries are at max, there is no drag on the drivetrain etc... connections good, etc. this problem I am 99.999% sure is electical in nature.. PLEASE HELP

Thanks,
Pete
