dynamite mini tazer + golden horiz brushless on mini quake?

pretty sure i'm going to order these upgrades for my mini quake tonight.
still reading about it and such, thought i'd look for some advice either way.

was going to get

DYN4930 Dynamite Mini Tazer Brushless Fwd/Rev ESC
and
Golden Horizons Air Power 3600 RPM Brushless Motor

i notice the ESC has an auto cutoff for Lipo batteries.
i've never used lipo, but i know you arent supposed to
run them till empty and such. so does this eliminate
that problem? it just auto cut's off?

i'm probably going to read up more in the lipo area before i order
and try out that setup.

but , would someone be so kind as to suggest a charger
thats nice and priced around 50$ or so?

or any ideas on essential upgrades on the mini quake would be cool.
i dont have the SE, and i really dont know what the heck
CVD or ball diffs even are. so the motor seemed like the
more logical upgrade for the time being :P

Ball diffs are basicly differentials designed to deliver power better then the stock diffs. As far as a charger is concerned I would look in to a park flyer charger built by orion or great planes. You can purchase either for about $30 and then a 5 amp power suply for another $25.
