Undestanding turns - trying to learn
I understand 27t, and 19t, and I undestand single, double wind, hand wound and machine wound ect...
But when it comes to mods, is there a big difference between 7,8,9,10 turns to actually make a difference, from 7to8, 8to9, 9to10 ect..
Then what is the benefit or difference between a 10t and a 10t double side by side.
just looking for clairfication.

Simply put, a single will have more bottom end power than a double, and the double will have a stronger top end.
Singles are better suited to TC and 4wd offroad, and some very high traction 2wd situations. Doubles and triples are also more efficient (use less battery & maintenance).

Hi, the rotation speed varies between 7 to 10 turn. Lesser turn equal faster speed but loses some torque and drain more current. Vise versa for the opposite. Normally, you would gear a smaller tooth when using lower turn.
