Default Which Mamba Max for T4???

I want to purchase a Mamba Max system for a new T4. I am up in the air between the 4600 and 5700. It will not be for any racing purposes just playing around. I will be running MaxAmp 4400's. I want speed but not something uncontrolable.

Go with the 5700 unit. Very Very fast but controllable. I have this unit in my T4, very happy with it.

Also, if you decide to do insane speed runs with 3 cell lipo, this will be the fastest as the 6900 and 7700 I believe are limited to 2 cell lipo use. (7.4V).

Thanks. The 5700 was my first choice. I figure I could play around with gearing to get some different results.

Going with a 4600 would give better runtime than the other motor choices.

I'd go with the 4600 if you aren't racing. And even if you are racing.....

A buddy I race with has a 5700 in a T4 and has it turned down to 60% in an attempt to make it easier to drive. I've driven it and there's still has plenty of top speed and acceleration.

Another guy I race (very experienced racer) with put a 7700 in a 4wd XXX-4 buggy. He said it is way too much motor. It was crazy.

Just another opinion. It's worth what you paid for it......
