You can look at this in two ways. One there is no answer, and two there are to many answers. With the number of engine manufacturers out there everyone has their own preference.

The engine would be going into a Mugen MST-1 two wheel drive stadium truck. What are the more popular engines in this division & why???

As I stated before, This question has MANY answers. For a 2wd stadium truck you will want plenty of power, but do not want to over power the truck (to hard to control). Mungen has the MT12, made by Nova Rossi, And It has plenty of power. Nova Rossi has some awsome engines, as does OS, and Picco.Any of the above will work great, you will want an engine of at least 1+hp, and remember that races are won by driving style as much if not more then the power of the engine.
