Shimming an RG for 30%

Does anyone know how many shims I should run in an OS RG .21 on Odonnell 30%?

Run it as it came out of the box. They like an A5 plug a little better with 30%.

I have one that been on Odonnells 30 since new and its a runnin SOB, amazes me every time I see it run.
